How does TippHer work?
When you place your order, you simply provide the link or destination where you want to receive your tips — for example PayPal, Revolut, Cash App, a personal tip jar, or any other platform that allows you to receive payments.

Our team will configure your TippHer accessory before shipping it to you. Once it arrives, it will already be connected to your chosen tipping destination and ready to use.

No complicated setup is required: simply open your package, place your accessory, and when someone taps their phone on it, they will be instantly directed to your chosen tipping page.

Who is TippHer for?

Do I need a special app?
No app is required. TippHer works through built-in contactless technology and connects directly to your chosen tipping or payment platform.

Your audience simply taps their phone on your accessory and is directed to your tipping page.

How do I set up my TippHer accessory?
You don’t need to set it up yourself.

During checkout, you provide the link or payment destination where you want to receive your tips (such as PayPal, Revolut, Cash App, or another tipping platform).

Our team configures your accessory before shipping, so it arrives ready to use.

Simply unpack it and start receiving contactless tips instantly.

Is it safe?
Yes. TippHer does not store or process your payments directly.

Your tips are handled entirely through your chosen payment platform, such as PayPal, Revolut, Cash App or another service, keeping your financial information protected.

Can I wash or clean my Tip Her accessory?
For fabric accessories (such as garters), we recommend using our dedicated Refresh Mist cleaning spray only to gently refresh the accessory without damaging the integrated technology.

How can I extend the lifespan of my accessories?
To keep your TipHer accessories looking and performing their best, we recommend using Refresh Mist to clean them.

For pasties, if the adhesive becomes less effective over time, you can use TippHer body-safe glue to help keep them securely in place performance after performance.

Can I use TippHer in different venues?
Absolutely. TippHer works anywhere your audience can interact with your accessory.

Whether you are performing at a club, private event, festival, or on stage, your audience can simply tap their phone and access your tipping page.

Can I customize my tipping destination?
Yes. During your order, you can choose where you want to receive your tips by providing the relevant link or account destination.

You can use platforms such as PayPal, Revolut, Cash App, personal tip jars, or other payment pages that support receiving tips.

What happens if my accessory stops responding?
If your TippHer accessory does not activate when someone taps their phone, first make sure the phone is unlocked and try tapping again.

Make sure the upper part of the phone is placed over the TippHer logo area for the best connection.

Do I need an internet connection to receive a tip?
Your TippHer accessory does not require charging, batteries, or its own internet connection.

The person sending the tip only needs an internet connection on their phone to complete the payment through your chosen platform.

Can I change my tipping destination after receiving my accessory?
Your accessory is configured according to the information provided during your order, so please make sure your tipping link or destination is correct before submitting your order.

If you need to update it later, contact our support team at support.tipher@gmail.com and we will help you with the change.
